These terms apply to all travel planning services provided by Costello Travel, including Premium Travel Design and any structured travel planning courses or planning products.
By purchasing or using a planning service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Service
Travel planning services provided by Costello Travel offer professional guidance to help structure and plan complex or significant journeys.
Planning services may include, but are not limited to:
destination and route planning
travel pacing and itinerary structure
property recommendations
budgeting guidance
logistical advice
suggested experiences and travel flow
Planning services provide recommendations and structured guidance only. They do not include the booking of travel arrangements unless otherwise agreed.
2. Planning Fee
Where applicable, a planning fee is payable before work begins.
The planning fee covers the time, research and expertise required to design and structure a personalised travel plan.
Planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Booking of Travel
Following completion of the travel planning service, clients may choose to:
book travel arrangements themselves, or
request that Costello Travel manages the bookings.
If bookings are made through Costello Travel, separate booking terms and conditions will apply through the relevant travel suppliers.
4. Intellectual Property
All travel plans, recommendations, itineraries and materials provided as part of the planning service remain the intellectual property of Costello Travel.
The planning service is provided solely for the personal use of the client.
Travel plans may not be reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing planning questionnaires or forms.
Costello Travel cannot be held responsible for planning outcomes if information provided by the client is incomplete or inaccurate.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing all travel arrangements prior to booking.
6. Travel Advice
Recommendations provided during the planning process are based on professional experience, supplier knowledge and available information at the time of planning.
Costello Travel cannot guarantee availability or pricing of any accommodation, flights or travel services until bookings are confirmed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Costello Travel provides planning advice and recommendations only.
Responsibility for travel arrangements lies with the suppliers or providers through whom bookings are made.
Where bookings are arranged through Costello Travel, those bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers and applicable financial protection schemes.
8. Insurance
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance in place for their trip.
Costello Travel strongly recommends that comprehensive travel insurance is arranged at the time of booking travel arrangements.
9. Changes to Planning Services
Costello Travel reserves the right to modify planning services, course content or service structures where necessary.
Any changes will not affect planning services already purchased.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Costello Travel is committed to helping clients plan thoughtful, well-structured journeys so significant trips can be enjoyed with confidence.
